The Xi Plus line of insulated precast concrete wall systems from Superior Walls of America feature Dow THERMAX reinforced polyisocyanurate insulation covering rigid foam insulation and a 4-inch insulated footer beam. The panels are available with a built-in insulation value of R-21.3 and can be insulated up to R-42+. Other features include 5,000 psi concrete reinforced with rebar and polypropylene fibers; insulated corners, studs and bond beam; and being thermally isolated and insulated from the exterior.
