Weathermate Plus housewrap

Dow’s Weathermate Plus housewrap is a polyolefin-based material that creates a breathable, durable and weather-resistive barrier between the wall assembly and cladding. It has been engineered for optimal breathability and tear resistance, both during and after installation. The product protects against bulk water intrusion, resists air infiltration, acts as a vapor-permeable membrane, resists UV degradation, can remain uncovered for as long as 120 days, and its translucency allows for a clear view of studs and sheathing surface.
