The Culinary Series range hoods from Wind Crest are made from 304 series 18-gauge stainless steel using a 12-step fabrication process. Heli-arc welded construction forms seamless edges free or gaps where moisture and grease can accumulate. Standard ventilation options in widths from 30" up to 66" and depths from 24" up to 33" are offered.
