Designed and handcrafted in Italy, the Fontana Forni outdoor ovens are wood-fired ovens for the outdoor kitchen. Forno Toscano, the newest addition to the line, is smaller and lighter than previous models. The indirect-heating steel ovens take significantly less time to heat and cook than traditional wood-burning brick ovens, and the new direct-heating Forno Toscano can reach cooking temperature in 10 to 15 minutes. All of the ovens are assembled using continuous welds, and have domed interiors for even heat distribution. The ovens also feature food-certified cooking stones and rock wool-based insulation.
