Deryl Patterson, AIA, is well-respected for her residential design throughout the Southeast United States. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, she is a Registered Architect in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina, a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Association of Home Builders and a frequent speaker at industry events. Prior to joining BSB Design, Deryl led her own firm and opened a Jacksonville office for The Evans Group. She began her architectural career with Walt Disney World. Deryl has three children and a husband who makes balancing a career and household possible.

Markets Heselbarth has served throughout his career include: commercial and residential heating, ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration; residential and commercial plumbing, contracting and design; and most recently custom home design, construction and residential remodeling.
